"Paper Towns" [2/12]
Book number two! Finally Julia, took you long enough.
I have been really crappy about blog posts lately. Finished this book a little while ago and just haven't around to writing about it. And in addition to that I haven't been taking as many pictures or even listening to music so the mini insta and songs on repeat posts have been hard to write, probably putting those on hold for a few weeks. Basically life has gotten too busy. But enough with the excuses to your imaginary audience Julia, I'm sorry.
Paper Towns. Such a good book. I am a big John Green fan, this was the last of his novels that I needed to read and definitely made it into the top three of my list, possibly tied for first. This book follows the journey that our main character, Q, goes on in search of his childhood friend when she runs away from home. It's a great story about his attempt to learn more about her and ending up learning more about himself. Sounds cheesy I know, but a really good read. And since this one is from a guys perspective and not a whole lot of romance aspects I would suggest it as a good read for just about anyone, not just females. Also if you haven't read any John Green, he is really great with words. So ten out of ten, would recommend.
I'm already a bit into the next book. Im reading It's Kind of a Funny Story and so far really enjoying that so that post should be coming up real soon hopefully.
Until then,
Julia Carrington
